Our neon signs are delivered plug&play on a transparent acrylic back plate. The Neon Company have an own patent on our PowerLED Neon Signing, with a longer lifetime & higher brightness. The example below has a back plate cut out in the shape of the neon sign. It is also possible to keep the backplate rectangular. Press the image for explanation.

The warranty our LED neon signs have is 2 years for Indoor Neon Signs and 1 year for Outdoor Neon Signs.

You can choose indoor or outdoor. Our outdoor models are IP65 rated.

Since the neon signs are delivered ready-to-use including all accessories and are attached to an acrylic backing plate, no technical knowledge is required. The back plate itself is already provided with attachment points.

We attach great importance to the quality of the materials and components used. In addition, production is carried out with great care. Our neon signs are made in patented PVC casting technology with powerful long-life LED modules with 100.000 hours of operation. The neon signs should last 10 years.

Our custom neon specialists are ready to answer any questions you may have about our products, about determining the right neon sign or about the ordering process. We usually respond to your e-mail within a few hours or can be reached by phone during the course of the day.

We recommend a minimum letter height of 10cm. As neon signs are made of PVC and handmade with internal LED lighting, it is difficult to produce smaller letters. It is possible, but the accuracy will be less. Therefore, we also produce neon signs from 60cm wide.

Shipping

The Neon Company operates a Worldwide Free Shipping. All orders are therefore free of charge delivered all over the world.

For all Custom Neon Signs we apply a delivery time of 2-3 weeks after order confirmation.

After production is completed, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment number. With this it is possible to track the shipment.

For the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Luxembourg, no import duty and VAT will be charged for delivery. For other countries, import duties and VAT are also often not charged, but this cannot be completely ruled out. This cannot be completely ruled out. If they are charged, the maximum amount will be 10-30USD.

All Neon Signs are delivered in a sturdy cardboard packaging with protective corners. The Neon Signs are packed in bubble wrap and the external accessories such as the mounting materials, adapter, dimmer and controllers are packed in a sturdy box.

Yes, only the pre made neon signs not the custom made.

Custom neon signs cannot be returned for money back. Prior to the production of the neon sign, The Neon Company provides a graphic 3D design based on the client’s specified requirements. Upon the client’s approval, the production process is initiated.

Customer satisfaction is priority number one at The Neon Company and an appropriate solution will be provided at all times.

In the event of product inaccuracies, the customer is entitled to a replacement. Custom neon signs are produced manually and there may be minor deviations in the realistic design. The Neon Company strives for precision and the tightest productions, but cannot be held responsible for minimal deviations or color tones.

The costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer. If there are product deviations or damage during delivery, The Neon Company will cover the costs.

Returns are processed within 4-5 working days of receipt. If the customer chooses a refund, this will be processed immediately. Should the Neon Sign need to be repaired or a replacement be produced, this can take up to 3 weeks.
